My thoughts regarding the Future of coffee:
“The current coffee climate is complex. We’re seeing so much creativity and passion in the industry, but at the same time producers everywhere are under real pressure from rising costs and climate change. For me, the future of coffee depends on resilience—on how we adapt at the farm, how we innovate in quality, and how we collaborate across the supply chain. My hope is that together we can protect both the diversity and the experience of coffee so it continues to inspire for generations to come.” – Rachel Paterson
