Sistema is La Marzocco’s connected platform that transforms how you interact with your espresso machines by providing data-driven insights. These insights ensure that every coffee is exceptional while increasing efficiency and reliability. With Sistema, café owners can stay connected to their equipment from afar, roasters can optimize resources by targeting training where it’s most needed, coffee chains can better manage and anticipate service across their fleets, and much more.
From February 23rd onward, Sistema will be available in Australia and New Zealand, while we prepare resources for a global launch.
Connect Anywhere
Sistema was designed to connect you with your equipment, no matter where you are. As a web app, you can use it in the browser of your mobile device or personal computer, ensuring that you stay informed even when you’re remote.
Coffee Quality
By monitoring machine stats during every shot pulled, Sistema can help improve the consistency of your coffee. The data insights enable you to align your recipes across an entire fleet of equipment by optimizing training exactly where it is needed and ensuring each machine is programmed correctly.

Sistema is designed to work with all La Marzocco commercial espresso machines equipped with an IoT gateway, which include the following product lines: KB90, Linea PB, Linea Classic S, and GB5. Strada S is also currently fully compatible, with support for Strada X coming soon.

Sistema is billed monthly for each machine connected. Sistema is currently billed to your credit card at the beginning of each month, and a free trial period is available when you create an account. When first signing up, you’ll receive the remainder of the first month free in addition to the free trial period.
Because Sistema is billed monthly per machine connected, technician accounts are available free of charge. Invite your technician in the user management settings, and they will receive an invitation. You can then control which machines the technician has access to, and they can view only machine and maintenance information, while sales and operations data remain private.
Sistema is charged monthly per machine connected, or is available with an annual subscription at a discount. There are three pricing tiers, depending on your needs:
Standard
Sistema Standard includes access to all features and functions and provides detailed monthly reporting. Register a new account to view pricing in your local currency.
Professional
Sistema Professional includes access to all features and functions, with more frequent, detailed weekly reports. Register a new account to view pricing in your local currency.
Enterprise
Sistema Enterprise is designed for organizations that manage a large fleet of machines. For pricing information, contact your local La Marzocco sales representative.
We know that your data matters, and we want to be transparent about how Sistema uses and protects it.
What data Sistema collects:
Sistema collects data from your espresso machine, including shot statistics, machine performance metrics, and maintenance status. This data is used to show insights inside the Sistema web app and to ensure optimal performance of your equipment.
Additionally, user-provided data (such as user registration data, company registration data, support request data, and subscription data) is used to operate and support the Sistema service.
How your data is used:
Your data is used by La Marzocco & Partners (as further specified in the privacy policy) to:
- Provide the features and insights in Sistema
- Help you monitor quality, usage, performance, and maintenance statistics
- Provide technical support and improve La Marzocco products
What we don’t do:
- We do not sell your data
- We do not share your data with advertisers outside La Marzocco Group
- We do not share access to your data with third parties unless you choose to. (for example, if you give access to a technician to view machine and maintenance data)

Who can see your data:
We use data from your machines to allow Sistema to provide insights. Your data is only accessible to you and users you authorize. La Marzocco may access data for support purposes and may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our products and services. La Marzocco & Partners may use your data for marketing activities only if you have given your consent, and such activities will be carried out exclusively by them, not by third parties.
