We are pleased to announce that we have been certified as a \u201cGreat Place to Work\u201d 2021\/2022<\/a> \u200bfor the third year in a row. Great Place to Work<\/a> partners with many of the most successful and innovative businesses around the world to create, study and recognize great workplaces.<\/p>\n

In 2021, we extended the audit to include our branches around the world including our offices in Australia, China, Germany, New Zealand, and the USA. More than 350 international employees provided positive feedback to the Trust Index model \u200bsurvey. The index is comprised of five dimensions: Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Pride, and Camaraderie.<\/p>\n

The recognition demonstrates a commitment of our managerial support in creating an organization in which employees feel at ease and work in an environment that is stimulating and extraordinary. We continue to be dedicated to putting employees first and keeping history, technology, design, and sustainability at the heart of the company, all while pursuing excellence in the production of quality professional coffee equipment.<\/p>\n
