In the UAE, coffee is more than just a beverage. It\u2019s a ritual, a choice made with care and intention, a meeting point, and a fast growing movement. Across the United Arab Emirates, specialty coffee has taken root in ways that are bold, intentional, and quality-driven. Coffee culture is not just consumed; it\u2019s curated, questioned, brewed with precision\u00a0 and brought in from all over the world so the community can taste and explore rare and exceptional coffees.<\/p>\n

Oasis<\/strong>, by definition, is\u00a0\u201ca fertile spot in a desert, where water is found.\u201d<\/em>\u00a0But beyond geography, it\u2019s a place of pause. Of calm.And just like water in the desert, the UAE has become a reference point – a place where you\u2019ll find roasters truly committed to delivering excellence: carefully sourced, expertly roasted specialty coffee from all over the world.
\nOur space is a celebration of the UAE\u2019s diverse and evolving coffee scene: where quality is non-negotiable, and the beauty lies in sharing flavors from all over the world.<\/p>\n

We proudly bring four roasters from across the UAE – Cypher<\/a>, RAW<\/a>, C.M.I.<\/a>, and Intellect<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0– each one helping to shape what coffee means in this region. They represent the craftsmanship, eagerness to deliver great coffee and a collaborative spirit that define our community today.<\/p>\n

The UAE\u2019s coffee scene speaks many languages\u00a0 but shares one thing: people who care about excellent coffee. The\u00a0Oasis<\/strong>\u00a0is simply that: a spot to slow down, taste something great, and get a little closer to the UAE through a cup of coffee.<\/p>\n

The Oasis is a place to pause. A place to discover. A place to be reminded of what UAE coffee scene is and what it\u2019s reaching for.<\/p>\n

As written on the wall at Cypher\u2019s roastery:
