As an official sponsor of this milestone celebration, we were proud to stand alongside some of the most talented chefs and hospitality professionals in the industry.<\/p>\n<p>The celebration took place at the Congr\u00e8s Robert Schuman, where 1,300 chefs and industry leaders gathered for a day of connection, recognition, and innovation. It was a unique opportunity to engage with the people who have continued to shape fine dining and set the standard for global culinary excellence.<\/p>\n<p>Our roaster partner: <a href=\"https:\/\/caffecarlito.ch\/\">Caff\u00e8 Carlito<\/a> served specialty coffee in collaboration with Caff\u00e8 Carlito, our long-standing roaster partner based in Switzerland. Known for their deep-rooted commitment to quality and tradition, Caff\u00e8 Carlito has built a reputation for sourcing and roasting exceptional coffee with a focus on both sustainability and taste.<\/p>\n<p>For this event, Caff\u00e8 Carlito team\u2019s passion for espresso preparation matched perfectly with our mission to elevate the coffee experience.
